List of current contracts and line-item budget associated with each item.
Cost effective product and material suggestions.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE
D Christjan carries all the proper insurance certificates, and verifies that all subcontractors are current.
POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
D Christjan’s commitment to our client satisfaction extends beyond the completion of construction services.
With each client we perform a detailed walk-through to ensure satisfaction with each area of construction.
The Construction services you receive from D Christjan is warranted for one year, with many manufactured items receiving longer warranties.
All warrantee items that need repair are given immediate attention and follow through.
D Christjan fine cabinetry has a limited lifetime warranty on our cabinetry.
